Season 7 ofSelling Sunsetis almost here to deliver all the drama, but what the cast members say may not always be the same as how they feel, according to an expert.

Inbaal Honigman, a body language expert and celebrity psychic, took a closer look at some of the idiosyncratic details in the realtors of the Oppenheim Group’s non-verbal communications duringthe seventh season’s trailer, above.

In her analysis that was shared with PEOPLE, Honigman set her sights on one of the show’s main stars,Chrishell Stause, scrutinizing the actress’s smiles that she flashed to friends and former lovers.

Of the smile to Oppenheim, Honigman believes that “Chrishell’s smile is broad and genuine, all her teeth are showing, and they’re even parted, which makes this a joyful smile. She’s smiling with her eyes as well, no fakery.”

Honigman adds that she is looking towards Oppenheim, while he stares off in another direction indicating that “she’s more invested in that exchange than he is.”

“Their chemistry is one-sided,” she concludes, saying that he also has a “genuine” smile, but him not making eye contact with Stause “tells us that he’d rather be laughing with somebody else.”

The body language expert andspingeniespokesperson examined a few more of Stause’s interactions, including her tense exchange withOppenheim’s then-girlfriend Marie Lou Nurkduring which Stause said she was “losing brain cells.” (The pair have sincesplit after 10 monthstogether).

Honigman assesses that Stause’s reticence with Nurk “may well be because talking about her past relationship with Jason is triggering to her, causing her to remember the pain of the breakup.”

Finally, Honigman looked at an interaction with Stause’s costarBre Tiesi, where Stause says, “the only thing I want is peace” between the two of them.

The expert explained that Chrishell’s “eyebrows are raised which shows interest. She’s invested in the situation, but her mouth does a big exhale,” which Honigman says indicates that Stause “wants the whole story to blow over.” She’s “fed up,” she notes.
