In a sneak peek at next week’s episode ofSister Wives, shown after Sunday’s episode, the OG Brown family couple reached a major conclusion: they’re ready to end their marriage.
In the next scene, Meri looks upset as her head remains down while Kody, 54, speaks to her about their future. “You want something that we can’t have together,” the Brown family patriarch says.

The sneak peek also seesJanelle Brownspeaking withChristine Brown’s brothers about her own future in polygamy, noting that they “were raised in a culture where marriage is forever.” But she notes separately to the cameras: “I’m still spiritually married to Kody. Like, I don’t know how to get a divorce that way.”
It was on their 32nd wedding anniversary celebration that Kody then declared hehad “no desire” to “have a relationship” with Meri, leading the mother of one to contemplate her next steps.
