A sweeping outbreak of Salmonella bacterium has sickened people in at least 25 states , health official with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have reported . So far , though , the exact generator of the foodborne malady remain a whodunit , and official are asking for people with a suspect tum influenza to cover it to their local wellness department .
