PresidentJoe Bidenand first ladyJill Bidentouched down in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, on Wednesday for a final family getaway before the tense 2024 election year.
The Bidens have been known to spend New Year’s Eve in St. Croix, a family tradition they solidified last year. After ringing in what is sure to be a difficult year for the family, the first couple will enjoy a few peaceful moments in the Caribbean before returning to Washington, D.C.

With all eyes on the Bidens in the upcoming election cycle, the first couple has been intentional about packing in family time over the holidays, also spending Thanksgiving and Christmas out of town with loved ones.
